Good product
I purchased this as the product from ibell did not even power up. This product powered up and i connected it to a lenovo monitor. It is working as expected. I did not try copy or other features that are available, basic function worked well

HDMI output do not work
The product is region free works with audio left/ right chanells with video out in stereo mode but no signal video nor audio in HDMI output. Not worth for the amount.

It was an easy setup, and does what I need it to do - play DVD's. But what was most impressive was my experience with the company's customer service. First of all, their communication was outstanding. I had a minor issue that needed clarification. We went back and forth with emails. Their responses were immediate. They understood my situation and went to great lengths to work with me on a personal basis and understand my situation. My issue was solved perfectly. I can't say enough about their excellent customer services. EXCELLENT!
