ERTL 1/64th 25 Pack Herefords with Calves

Good quality. Durable. Sizing good.

Bought these for my nephew and he LOVES them. He also has one or two in his pocket. They are smallish, but that is what I wanted so he could take them to church, restaurants, etc, without being such a hassle since he wants enough to "farm" with, which means you obviously need more than one. They work great with the 1/64 scale tractors I also got him.

I absolutely like the way they look, they're cute, the size is very common. They're build quality is as is and their value for money is great. All of them stand so they're pretty functionally. And I'm glad that whoever packed these did a great job and they didn't tear any of the bags to lose any of the cattle. So all of the eight packets that I bought. They all made it.

Great deal for the amount of cattle that come only downfall is calfs are very small for children. We just took them away.

So it says cows but.. it’s a package of bulls and calves. I didn’t see it in the pictures but now that we have them I can see it easily. I thought my kids might not notice but they did my daughter age 4 ask why are they all bulls? Where are all the cows? And my just turned 2 year old son points to the “cows” and says “bull, daddy” and pints to the calves and says “Bebe” then asks “momma? Bebe.. momma?” Soo maybe not a great choice. ERTL makes a lot of rural toys I would have thought they’d get this right but guess not.. had the same problem with the other breed I ordered.. I got a package of Herefords and a package of Angus each in a separate order but same issue with both. Otherwise they are just as expected.. tiny bovine made of plastic.. they worked well for the cake besides the above mentioned problem. They will make good yard and travel toys but I may need to trim the plastic on a few to look more like cows..

These small cows sat perfectly next to large hay bales (rice krispy treats) and cow patties (no-bake cookies). They really helped pull the theme together.

My sister had me order these for my nephew as a stocking stuffer this past Christmas. She was thinking that they were going to be a lot bigger than what they really were. We were both disappointed. We clearly didn’t understand the scale measurement.🤦‍♀️ I did check them out when they got here though and they seemed to be great quality. Defiantly not something I would give to anyone under the age of five. Maybe older if they are still bad about putting stuff in their mouth. I did end up returning the product only because of how small they were.

Worked perfectly for what I ordered them for! Waiting on the Holsteins for the next round of spaceships. 👽 🛸 🐄
