What a fantastic little brush!
Iโve owned many โokayโ record brushes over the years, but this one is truly fantastic. It appears to have a very high bristle count, and the bristles are slightly less rigid than those on other brushes. Because of this, it feels gentle on the record surface while doing an excellent job of removing dust and debris. I did notice that the brush seems to be directional. To make this easier, I marked an arrow on the handle pointing toward the spindle so I always use it in the correct direction. Iโm not sure whether it has a preferred direction right out of the box, but after a dozen or so uses it definitely seemed to favor one direction. You can tell by both the feel and the sound it makes as it moves across the record. AudioQuest claims this brush helps dissipate static electricity from the record surface, thanks in part to the conductive, gold-colored handle. I found that if I hold the brush in one hand and touch the record spindle with my other hand, it creates a better grounding pathโand this made a noticeable difference. If youโre going to buy just one carbon fiber record brush, make it this one. It really works. Iโm very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it.

It actually works...for removing dust....NOT STATIC
I originally got the boundless brush and it actually made the record sound worse....it was actually putting dust and debris onto the record or just moving dust around without picking it up....threw it in the trash and got this Audioquest brush and it made a world of difference....keeps the record sounding like new....yes it's more expensive, but it actually works,so well worth the few extra dollars. ...thank you.

It's a Pretty Good Record Brush But
But the handle likes to pop off. Still works just fine. But the flippy handle pops off a lot. I guess it's no big deal, but why have a flippy handle at all, then? It's not like it's really protecting the brush. Minus one star for minus one flippy handle.

Yeppersโฆit works!
First off, this doesnโt CLEAN your records, nor is it meant to. Itโs purpose is to attract and remove DUST from records that are already clean. Soโฆif your record is dirty, give it a bath man! No one likes a dirty record. Once your record is clean (the method is a different discussion), this brush will remove the dust that is on the playing surface and within its grooves. Typically, if youโre careful, you only need to clean a record once in a blue moon, but you will need to remove the dust before EVERY playing of it; this is the purpose of this brush. Before I purchased it, I would rid the record of its dust via a cleaning spray and the typical velvet material attached to a wooden handle. While this type of pre-play dusting/cleaning does work, I got tired of repeatedly purchasing the cleaning spray every couple of months or so. Enter the Audioquest Anti-static Record Brush: 1) Grab a clean record and place it on your turntable. 2) Shine a flashlight over the surface to see the dust. 3) Use the brush as directed. 4) Shine a flashlight over the record again to verify itโs dust free. 5) Thank yourself for buying this jewel and reading this review. Now, toss the spray and velvet, order this brush, and go listen to some music man!

It's AudioQuest, of course it's good.
Well made like most things AudioQuest. If your tight on funds this brush offers you nothing cheaper brands don't deliver too. If you like nice things this is one of them! I have a number of different brushes and this ranks near the top of my list. I find it to be a bit stuff when compared to say the brush made by Clearaudio. Personally I prefer softer but if you like stiff brushes when cleaning you really can't go wrong with this. The build quality is top notch and honestly you can't go wrong with it! If it's in your I recommend it!

Good Dry LP cleaner
This is a great soft bristled dry LP cleaner. It works well without worrying about scratching the album or leaving deposits on it. I am glad I bought it.

It works well.
This works pretty damn well! One very minor short coming is the flip bar for removing the dust from the actual brush bristles. Minor issue but worth noting. This is not my first Audioquest product. Good company with forward thinking. I am venturing a guess that this product will last and so far easy to use and appears to do what it is designed to do.

Great little record cleaning brush to brush off and remove static from your record each time before playing. Box is marked "Made in China" FYI. The carbon fiber brush filaments are conductive and attached electrically to the gold metal strip along each side of the brush body. The idea is the static electricity on the surface of the record gets grounded to your body and dissipated. The rotating protective cover also cleans the brush bristles when closed. To be honest the brush does feel a bit flimsy for the price, but I suppose its strong enough for the purpose. Would be nice if the price was a bit lower, but Audioquest products seem to have tight price controls no mater where you buy it. Enjoy your Vinyl!
