Direct-Mount Ceiling Grid Kit (130sqft, White)

I like it. Different idea, but with some room adjustments or modifications, it will work. The perimeter pieces must meet the level of the the ceiling joist runners after they are installed. Challenging.

I purchased this ceiling grid kit expecting a straightforward installation, but the experience was extremely frustrating. The product arrived in a heavy, awkward box with no instructions included. When I tried to find guidance online, the company’s own installation page showed a 404 error. Only after I pointed this out did they fix the error and send me instructions. By then, I had already wasted a full day trying to cut the grids myself. Because I attempted to make the product work, the seller refused to accept a return—even though the lack of instructions was their fault. The description is misleading, the support is minimal, and the “100% satisfaction guarantee” is not honored once you’ve tried to use the product. I would not recommend this kit to anyone looking for an easy or manageable ceiling solution. This product is misleading, incomplete, and unsupported. Buyers should be warned that you’re essentially on your own to source hardware and figure out installation. I will not purchase from this company again.

at this point can not write a review that would be less then one star, it says there is detailed instructions, there were NO instructions in the box. if i have to guess on how to install then it will be a one star for this product

If your looking for a system that looks Great when finished this is not it . This is for the DYI person. I’m a carpenter with 25 years experience and I’ll stay with a conventional metal drop ceiling. Easier install more durable.

Very brittle and hard to hang. The flex and the material being brittle makes it nearly impossible to hang.
