Quality Heavy Gauge Baking Pans
Great baking pans that are made in North America. Heavy gauge, so they won't warp, and coated with a silicon non-stick coating. Just make sure you don't scour them if they get dirty. Soak instead.

Quality brand.
This is my 2nd set. I washed the first set in my dishwasher and the coating peeled. They warn you not to. Oops. I like them that much. Sturdy and solid. Cookies bake evenly on parchment paper on pan. Perfect side by side in standard oven. I have the full size cookie sheet too. Good brand.

Good replacement for Breville toaster oven tray
After a small disaster of my own making, the tray that shipped with our relatively new (2022) Breville toaster oven was, so to speak, toast. I needed a replacement. Ideally that replacement would have been 12"x12", but no reasonable options were available, so I decided to take a chance on this USA Pan quarter sheet. We have other USA Pan pans and have been quite happy with them. I'm happy to say that this is a good enough replacement for the toaster oven. It's less deep, but slightly wider than the original, so the real estate is more or less the same. An excellent value for the price. And now we have an extra for other uses...
