Very Hot to wear. Very hard to get to stay in the correct position. The add on velcro straps are large.

The product description listed under details lists an incorrect length of 28 inches. The length I received is 26 1/4 inches. Too short for me. After a few google searches on the product I found there are two sizes available a 26 or 28 inch length. The model number on the Amazon page is for the smaller of the two but lists it as the larger.

The wrap is a fairly gentle pressure that just provides a bit of restraint to keep your mouth closed… not absolute.
