I saw this set and liked the way they looked in the picture. I am very pleased with them. They feel nice in my hands and seem to be well made. Since I am a beginner, I didn't want something too heavy but still heavy enough to be effective. The three different weights in this set are exactly what I was looking for. I can increase or decrease the heaviness depending on the exercise I am doing.
