I don't see an answer to "what form of k2 is menaq7? trans or cis form?" - what % of the mk7 is trans and what is cis?

Not for sure of the question. But I do know I’ve been taking this with Quercetin with Bromelain and zinc and haven’t caught a cold yet. It really works well together. It also has helped my allergies. Thanks
