Great product
Easy to set up and works really well - use for gaming and has good design and is very comfortable when being used - great product!!

Started off ok, but quickly went downhill - don't recommend this brand.
At first the keyboard and mouse were good enough, battery in both would last a few days, the only issue was the keyboard occasionally dropping keystrokes which whilst annoying was infrequent enough to not be a problem However after a few months the dropped keystrokes increased, and the only thing that seemed to help was plugging power in, suggesting the battery life was reducing. The mouse wheel also became almost useless - scrolling down would occasionally go up and vice versa. Initially this was small (if you wanted to scroll down in a word doc, it would first go up a few lines then go down) but became unusable. Yesterday (10 months after purchase) the keyboard just stopped working altogether... no amount of switching on/off or plugging in would get it working, so off to the bin. Bought for £46 so whilst not a massive amount, I would expect a longer lifespan.

Nice product. Not good battery life.
Very nice sleak design. Love the soft touch silent keys. Both mouse and keyboard don't seem to hold much of a charge. Once fully charged and after a couple of 8 hour shifts they both need recharged. Can be a pain if you need to recharge both at the same time as you only get the one cable to charge with.

Looks good but keys fail to function
Keyboard looked fine, nice lighting, heavy & felt good, neat key cover but I found it hindered keystrokes. However: Fully charged the keyboard battery, used it for a while then recharged fully per instructions - low battery causes skipping. Shift & Control buttons failing to co-function - e.g. Cut/Paste/Copy/Undo (the critical key strokes!) Letters skipped when typing articles. Not just a single character but several in a row. Also, while the mouse has a nice light feel it is far too flat with no hump to rest your palm, too small (and I do not have large hands) and wheel is not high enough for comfortable use. Saw no difference when using the DPI button. The other button, strangely, closed & opened the browser window. The manual is basic with no manufacturer information. The units are PnP but use generic drivers from MS/Win11 (dated 2006). Even driver software programs cannot update. There is no link to a site for more info/updates etc. I thought it was pretty good, but let down by quality, backup and information. I guess the moral is: beware units with no name!

It was decent until it didn't work after two weeks
I have barely used my mouse or keyboard but mid way through using it it just stopped working. Neither the mouse or keyboard work. They light up initially and both indicate they are being charged when I plug them in. However, They just do not work. Just don't bother. The refund and return processes are a nightmare too! Not what you expect when you spend a fair amount. It's a shame too because they look well built and they are nice to use.
