I am so disappointed
I'm a Theta Healing Practitioner and a big fan of Vianna. I love her books and was so excited to read it and wow.... there is almost no new interesting material and the few Theta Healings are repeats. Much of the book is a repeat from the big Theta book combined with common sense information and her personal opinions, not Creator given or metaphysical information. The last few chapters were almost painful. Lots of basic birds and the bees talk we all learned as children, boy meets girl etc, men love sex. She's really fishing for information in much of It. There is An entire chapter about "how to live with someone else" that's all common sense "don't throw away his things, be respectful of one another." Duh. Tons of gender stereotypes everywhere "women should decorate the home and men should be in charge of it" It's just...... not great. Get her other books. Skip this one.

Great belief work on theta healing. I'm not sure if I agree on Vianna's views on relationships. They seem to be very much on classical male female relationships from a traditional American vieepoint. I'm not sure if this works for everyone but it is interesting to consider. Generally the advice on preparing for a Soulmate and recognising Soulmate was perfect. I felt like I wanted more after reading the book. The information was great but I wanted more examples of theta healing sessions on the subject. However I would say this is the best book I've read on the subject and you could use this with clients easily which is the main thing.
