Seems to be effective to whitened the teeth, let’s see for a longer use. This item could not be find in EU (teeth whitening is in the hands of dentists) where peroxide oxygen is limited to 0.6%…without any significant effect.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how much I like this toothpaste. I'm mid-60s and it has whitened my teeth. I have fillings on both of my next-to-front teeth that are very brown (coffee?). I've had these stains for over 5 years. I have been using this for about a month. My teeth are whiter and the stains might be lighter, too. I feel like the peroxide is good for my gums. My teeth feel smooth and my mouth feels fresher. I just ordered my 2nd tube and my husband is going to try it. Next time I might get the Colgate Optic White Renewal 3% hydrogen peroxide because it has twice as much product for about the same price. I hope it will give the same effect on my teeth and gums. I have no issue with the taste. I don't notice a flavor. Just feels clean. Works for me.

If you want a whitening toothpaste that will combat your coffee habit this one will work well for that, however, I do warn you it tastes awful. If this is worth it to you, go for it. I probably will get a different toothpaste though in the future by this same brand in a better flavor next time personally.

No lie, my orthodontist noticed how white it made my teeth and asked what I was using. Told me to keep it up.

I've been using this toothpaste daily for a month and I can't tell the difference in tooth color. It does, however, leave my teeth feeling super clean and it has a nice strong mint flavor. It doesn't seem to have had much product in the tube. I had to squeeze alot of air out of the tube before any product flowed. I was then left with about 2 fingers of toothpaste in the tube. If it were effective, I'd give it more stars. I just think there are probably better products on the market.

This “magical” (to me) toothpaste really whitens ! I LOVE COFFEE and although I have OCD and brush my teeth many times a day, the ONLY toothpaste I found that whitened my teeth…at least 3 shades lighter..was Colgates White Pro series toothpaste. Especially the 5% peroxide one. I am not addicted to this incredible toothpaste and want to thank COLGATE a million times. I can now brush less every day knowing my teeth not only look clean and very white but feel super clean.
