Mouse is terrible, do not buy. The battery drains extremely fast even when mouse is off and required swapping multiple times a day. Tracking is extremely jumpy and inconsistent. When the mouse works properly it's great but suddenly it will just feel like mud and get almost stuck as you move across the screen. Software is average for a gaming mouse, not very useful and kinda buggy but not the worst out there although it is a mystery what some of the info it gives you actually means. There's no way to actually turn the mouse on or off when you need it. If the mouse is off, you actually have to plug it in physically to make it work. Then, once it is one, you cannot turn it off until both the hotswap battery and the small internal battery is totally drained. Some positives, it is a nice weight and does feel good to hold and click. If the above mentioned problems were all fixed I would highly recommend this but it's beyond a firmware fix and they don't seem too interested in providing any firmware updates. In the many months I've been using it there hasn't been a single update pushed.

Battery doesn't last a very long time in my opinion but the swappable is great! Very comfortable. Looks nice. Light and simple. Would buy again

I only had this mouse for 12 days and it broke one me. The mouse feels like a cheap 5 below boga boga it’s like cheap dollar store plastic, it’s too big and uncomfortable, the battery life is so bad I had to switch it out each 7 hours. (I game for a long time but for other people it’s fine) the app is completely useless and buggy and if your mouse needs a update and you don’t have the app the mouse lose some of its functionality which is bad. And the fact that theirs 2 buttons for the dpi is also stupid the raised left side makes it easier to press the dpi button on the mouse, Its so annoying when your in a game and your dpi switches and gets you killed (happen to me 3 times). It’s not a good mouse for the value maybe 25 dollars or 20 best for the mouse when its this bad. Also the dpi: power button and scroll wheel button all stop working on me and sometimes it won’t even click anything when you click. Bad mouse don’t buy

The mouse works really great, but I find myself changing the battery every day and a half. Thankfully, it’s a very easy process with the included charging dock and extra battery. Occasionally, the mouse will turn itself off, so I have to pick it up and turn it back on, but it’s not that much of a nuisance. I saw in lots of reviews of this mouse prior to purchasing that you can use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. However, I don’t see a means to connect it to Bluetooth to extend the battery life. My only wish is that glorious would make higher capacity batteries available. Beyond that it’s a great product and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. I deducted one star for the battery life. Which is still worthy of rating relatively high because of the included extra and the quick charging dock that comes with it for charging the batteries.

Batteries only last a few hours, and can not update or change lighting because glorious core software does not work. Echoey metallic sound when i press left button.

Wired only had 1000hz and I usually play on 8000hz. I bought the mouse thinking It’d be like the previous version (model D Pro 2) but it was very underwhelming. Probably would be good for someone that loves wireless play.

Mouse is great... mostly. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better again... mostly. The spare battery is impeccable and the smoothness is incredible. BIG BUT. The app is useless, the majority of the time the 2 side buttons either don't work or absolutely crash until you reboot the mouse. This review is 2 weeks into use, honestly just buy the new Logitech with hall effect sensors, the 2 side buttons this mouse has should be treated as POISON. They are worse than useless they are an active detriment to my gameplay. THIS MOUSE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Will be returning presently.

It’s nice mouse and everything but constantly having an issue where the DPI or sensitivity drops drastically and theirs no fix to it, as well as others have the same problems and no fixes. Wish I could return

I can hear the metallic noise at clicks which was reported in reviews but its not a big deal for me, but there was a bug which was a little cringe for me. The mouse was 2 weeks old and got bugged and disabled the back, forward and scroll buttons. I tries to fix for like an hour when i realised i had to connect the mouse directly via usb-c. Overall its okay

Great mouse, nice and light. Software works well and it is really comfortable to use The hot swap battery is just the icing on the cake.

I am giving it a 3 stars for the following: 1. While the mouse is great, and works fine, has good dpi and all that it is missing an instore ability to create macros: I have to use a third party application to make a macro to make a repeatable click using one of the buttons for a game I play. 2. Battery actually drains really fast, was expecting around 5 days worth such as a logitech type of deal but instead one battery can barely last one day, so I am highly doubting that they will have a great lifetime since they require more or less daily changing. 3. They did great on the idea of having 2 batteries but a slighty more lifetime of usage out of the battery would have been great. You can swap them around. 4. Fits well in my hand, but that is a personal preference. So it doesn't really influence the scoring. Otherwise, I don't have any other issues, but it's also my 2nd/3rd day that I am using this.
