Is this heat transfer vinyl or foil to use in a laminator?

It’s used with a minc machine or laminator. You can also use it with glue, deco gel and 2 sided tape. I’m not sure how it works with fabric. The foil is very thin paper, not at all like vinyl. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure I understand the question. The product is comprised of five, 6"x12" foil sheets which adhere to fabric or paper through a thermal laminating process. I don't know the composition of the foil, but it does state that it is acid-free. I used it over laser-printed lines and it worked very well.
