I always just drink water because I've been confused about what a good recovery drink should have in it. So I was excited to see Runner Mix with all the ingredients geared toward runners. I'm so glad I ordered it, I really like it! I love the fact that I can mix it with water after my run, drink it and go on with my day. It really makes me feel good too, energetic! Sometimes I have a tummy ache after a run and this has actually helped! It's soothing. That's the part I like the best. Another way I like to drink it is, when I'm home after a run, I put the mix in my blender with some almond milk and some banana. It's really tasty and pretty filling as well.
