Damaged,cheap,poorly made
I was very excited to receive this for my husband as a father's day gift. I paid almost $50.00 to get the larger picture made. It came in and when I unboxed the frame it literally fell to pieces. The glass was broken and the frame was in pieces. Not only that the material they used is so cheap it looks like it came from the dollar store. I couldn't be more disappointed in the quality of this product. I tried to speak with the company on getting it replaced and they refuse to even replace it let alone get a refund. I didn't want a refund I just wanted it replaced because when I received it it was in pieces. I'm beside myself as to how I am responsible for this and the company is refusing to honor their products. If I could give a negative stars I would mainly because of the customer service I received from them. Very disappointing that when you place a special order like this and it comes in damaged in pieces they won't replace it or refund your money very poor way of doing business. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company solely based on the service or lack of service I have received from them.
