Will the pump still do its job if air comes from tube directly instead of through the stone?** A: As for DWC Hydroponic System, if only one airstone is damaged, it is not recommended to do so. If the gas pipe is directly connected, the pressure of the three and four channels will be different, which will lead to the other one will not vent gas. If you pull the other three airstones out of the pipe directly, this temporary use is OK, but in the long run, its oxygen capacity is certainly not as good as the oxygen capacity of the air stone, because after all, the gas you come out of it is not dispersed. If you want to inquire whether you can replace the airstone, you can contact our after-sales service team. **Q: How does a person get replacement water level tubing and in the correct size?** A: Please reach out to our after customer service to seek a solution for the replacement water level tubing about the DWC hydroponic system . **Q: Can i use bigger air hoses instead of the ones that go with the system?** A: We don't recommend this, The air hose of the hydroponic system is matched with the air outlet of the air pump.
