After first leaving a negative review I was contacted by the seller with a offer of a full refund due to the cover not allowing the 2 part console lid to be opened separately on my 2021 RAM Crew Cab. The seller requested a few pics of installed cover. After sending the pics they then again contacted me to have me turn the cover 180° as they noticed I had installed it backwards.(the label goes to the rear).. now the cover does allow open and close of each compartment separately. It does take a little force to re close the top lid (see video in listing header) but I assume this will become easier as the edging of the cover breaks in. A thanks to the seller for being polite and offering their help on my install issue and also for still offering a full refund if I wasnt 100% happy with item. As a suggestion, maybe they could include a note with item stating the label faces the rear of the vehicle. Review: Bought this for my boyfriend truck to use and he loves it. He said it was a lot better than using a towel its more cushion and more comfortable when going down the highway for your arm to rest on. My brother got into the truck and the first thing he noticed was this and he said he was going to buy his truck one because it was nice and comfortable. I think this is a WINNER when it comes to the men family! They both also made the comment they liked it because it can be washed occasionally. They loved that idea, especially if they are dirty or sweaty after working when climbing in the truck.
