I wasn’t sure about buying this but as soon as I used it I thought it was wonderful and worth every penny. I had a Bosh router and never thought I needed a palm router but it just makes everything so much easier.Excellent build quality and fine depth adjustment. If your debating if it’s worth buying then I assure you it is.

What’s not to like about a well made power tool! Easy set up out the box, good functionality, easy to use!No 3 year warranty as it’s from America, £80 cheaper than the identical UK model!!

Usual Milwaukee quality product at a great price. Dispatched quickly by seller. One point of note to be aware of, this is a North American Milwaukee product, made in Mexico. The quality is just as good, maybe even better than the European version, which is made in China. The only negative being, I have been having trouble registering the item with Milwaukee Europe to activate the extended guarantee. As such I am unsure how any warranty claim would be made, should the item become defective in the future. Hopefully that won't be required in the future,

Excellent powerful little router, bought it to use with my trend skeleton door jig, very easy to adjust in fine precise increments with no movement problems during use. Replaced my Bosch mains powered router with no loss of power, 5amp battery lasts well.

Yeah this is the US version and it only has inches on the scroll wheel but there are inches and mm engraved on the spindle. The collet is 1/4" but plenty router bits on amazon are 1/4" so not an issue. It doesn't come with any router bits but does have the guide rail and a larger base plate if required

Honestly one of the best routers I've used in a long time! Really picks up to speed quickly than my old corded makita (rp1800) it's old and it finally gave out on me after 14 years of constant use. Having a battery powered router is a game changer easy to use and move around the work piece. Price point for this is $100 less than what Home Depot tries to sell it at so it was a steal I think! The size of it was way smaller than my old makita but very functional. It's seems to be built like it can take a beating only time will tell.

Unreal product. The find adjustment is nothing like the Festool find adjustment as the mw does have a little slop at the start but by far in every way than the makita trimmer.I love the mw trimmer. Smooth start up. The switch is a little bit annoying as it has a thick rubber gasket over it but besides that it’s got a great feel/ balance is unreal. Very quiet. Massive base plates.Only thing I wish they had was a ball bearing attachment as a copy cutter. My old makita ones had it but the new battery makita ones doesn’t come with it either. I’m not sure why these big brands don’t supply it. It was great so the bearing didn’t leave a mark or you could offset a straight cutter.
