The product is excellent, however, the promised installation service was not provided, necessitating the engagement of an independent carpenter. While both the product and the installation meet my expectations, I am concerned that the warranty may be void due to the installation not being performed by an authorized Godrej professional. This appears to be an unfair stipulation, as the lack of provided installation service compels customers to seek alternative arrangements, thereby potentially invalidating warranty coverage.
