2024 purchase on-offer @£8.99 This is a great little fan. The stand folds flat to the body to be a neat travelling companion, and when folded out the stand is sturdy. On a flat hard surface like a hotel night-stand it vibrates ever slightly, so I place it on a sock, kitchen paper, or book rather than directly on the hard surface. With it next to you at night (I always sleep with a fan on me at home anyway) on the low, and the medium settings it runs quietly and produces a soothing gentle breaze on my head, with the fan on the night stand and at a distance from me of about 24" / 60cm. The battery life is great, the fan is still running some 6 hours later when I wake up. The fan charges from a usb-c lead, and so could be powered directly from a charge lead, or power bank, and whilst it is on charge, all three speeds do still work (I own other fans, where some only work on low speed whilst charging). On the subject of charging, it's input is 5volts, **1Amp**......, so like so many small devices, if you plug it into a high speed 3amp charger, yes it will charge, but you will shorten the lifespan of the battery over time, so always read and consider charging instructions. (I always carry an older-type low-output charger with me, Usb-A output to fit any usb lead, actually from a Blackberry phone, with a 0.5Amp output, for charging such small devices. These are generally still available as new, genuine old stock from various Commercial Sellers on eBay. Summary; the fan is not designed to, or going to, create a howling gale, but if you want some air flow on your face whilst in a hotel, or perhaps at a desk where you are unable to plug into a mains socket, then buy this fan, available in several colours, or buy two, they really don't take up much space in a bag and for the usages described above, you'll be very pleased with this fan.

Perfect - just what I needed. Like other have said, very impressive, small enough but powerful enough too ... set up on my work desk I only need the first fan speed. Its quiet, very portable, looks good, charges well. When it's been very hot here I've used it while ironing and just perched on the sofa when I'm sitting down and I've still only used on the first fan setting. Thinking of buying another TBH.

Second one of these I've bought. Really good small fan! Three settings for different fan levels, helpful on a warm day but powerful enough for the recent hot weather. Office essential for me now! The only thing I note is that there is a small rattle when the fan is on, shaking it sometimes stops it or I have to go to a higher speed.

It charges nicely and quickly, it's got three settings (needed!!!) and not only is it sleek, but, finally, I have a portable fan that fits in my handbag and doesn't take up a ton of space. I've had it running all night giving me some much needed relief. Definitely well worth the money spent on it. It's not absolutely silent, but if I can fall asleep with it running, it means it's quieter than other fans I've gone through over the years. It's perfect for small spaces and has the capacity to do the thing it's intended for - cooling! Total winner = you can put this on any surface and it won't wander off like it doesn't want to be there!! (fare thee well, cheap fan... fare thee well!)

I purchased the TriPole USB Desk Fan on 10 August 2022 and I must say, it has made me the envy of the office. The fan is incredibly portable, with a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts between 4-16 hours, depending on the speed setting. This means that I can take it with me wherever I go and stay cool and comfortable all day long. The three speed settings are perfect for customising the airflow to my liking. I can have a gentle breeze on the lowest setting, or a strong gust of wind on the highest setting. The fan is also very quiet, so I don't have to worry about it being a distraction during meetings or calls, I even use it as white noise to fall asleep at night. One of the things I love about this fan is its 180° rotation feature. I can adjust it to any angle I need, which is great for targeting specific areas or cooling down multiple people at once. The fan also has a sturdy base, so I don't have to worry about it falling over or tipping. Because of how the base bends you can hang it off stuff in the car or in the workshop. I use it everywhere and even punched a hole through the base so I can hang it off of my backpack when I go hiking. 8 months on and it still works fine. It got a bit of a break over winter but now that spring is rolling in I will begin using it again. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase of the TriPole USB Desk Fan. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of portability, battery life, and performance. I would highly recommend this fan to anyone who needs a reliable and convenient way to stay cool during the hot summer months or in confined workshops.

This is a pretty good fan - portable ( can be used at home , in the office and in a train or even in a park !) . Someone really didn’t read the product features and bought this . And got astonished that it works without being connected to my laptop ! This is a great upgrade from my former one. I had my long serving desk fan and a fan tower for my bedroom but none allowed me to clean inside . This one , it says that It can be opened and cleaned to remove dust- this is hyper high points as I had to dispose a fan tower of a famous uk company . It gets horribly dust up and yet the product is determined not to let me open to clean inside . Hyper unhygienic and cost for disposal. This is cheerful in price , function and disposal. Very happy with my purchase. It is a flat design so does not take much space on my work desk .

This is a great little fan. I've had it for over 3 weeks now and I keep it folded down next to me in bed (which is made really easy by the slim profile) for those overnight hot flush moments. I wish I'd bought it years ago. The 3 speed settings are more than adequate. Even though it doesn't have a display screen, one always knows which setting it's on because of the little LED light at the front changes colour. It's blue for the lowest, green for medium and red for the highest speed setting. When only 5% battery power remains the light starts flashing, so it never runs out of power unexpectedly. I use it almost every night for about 5-10 minutes on average overall, and I only had to charge it up after 3 weeks. And I normally use it on the highest setting. It's surprisingly quiet as well. I'm extremely happy with the choice I've made with this fan.

This is a really good fan. It looks good and it's very quiet. Its profile is thin which means that although it's a slightly larger than I was expecting, it folds quite flat, so is extremely packable. Its angle adjusts well. Even the first setting provides a good breeze. It recharges with a USB C cable, and you can run it while recharging. I have recently bought quite a few fans (most not great) after a disaster where I lost my all-time travel favourite, but have ordered another of these so that we can both have one on our hols. I wouldn't say it was perfect for, say, just air travel, as it's perhaps a bit too big, but it's great as an all-rounder.
