Download the configuration software in the eighth picture. Click your language preference. Download happens. Unzip download. Run the Run-me.exe. Win10 did not complain about it (and I didn't turn anything off). Setup utility is intuitive. Obvious what to do. I only wanted arrow keys for now, which is the default. I changed color scheme and gave name "Arrows" to the configs for 2 of these keyboards. Then tested them out. Work perfectly. Build quality seems high to me. Would not be surprised if I buy a few more pretty soon. Just what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchases.

Link in the photo description of the product for downloading the software does not get you the correct software. I had to correspond with the seller. He was able to help me but I found it annoying that I had to talk to the seller in order to get this thing to work. Now that it is working, it works great. I programmed it on one windows machine and now it works on all of my windows machines and my Chromebook. Nice gadget but getting it to work was a pain. And, as stated in the description, your anti-virus software is going to get very angry when you try to run the program. It runs from a thumbdrive, I didn't actually have to install it on my machine, but, still, my virus protection was on high alert and I had to specifically tell the virus protection to allow this exe to function. Bottom line is one star off for difficulty in installing.

Works great I have a small keyboard and the arrow keys don't work well on my keyboard so I purchased this and right out of the box it works! Arrow keys feel really nice, very responsive, and I can recommend this!

My son couldn’t get it to work. Disappointing.

I purchased this because I have a mini keyboard for space on my desk. I needed arrow keys for Helldivers 2 because it's hard to twist my wrist to press the small keys. This is placed right between the mouse and keyboard at an angle and perfect for gaming. Plug and play if you just need the arrows but the lights will be on. So get the app to turn them off or use on of their various RGB settings. At first I thought I got a broken product. Nope! All went in to perfect place and I've done an all night session with it. And the keys are SILENT. NO CLICKING AT ALL👌 . The app to change the colors was easy but a bit hard to find at first. Now all is just right.

As keys, they function perfectly. But the fact that you can't turn off the UBER-ANNOYING strobe lights pisses me off! if the keys were of poor quality, I'd probably be less annoyed by the lights, because they'd have failed me on the core reason I bought them for. But the fact that they're actually good apart from the LITERALLY glaring flaw deeply irks me. They could have been great, but there's UNNECESSARY ANNOYING CRAP that CAN'T BE TURNED OFF that RUINS them. I bought arrow keys because mine broke. That's all I ever wanted. Not a gaudy, unsightly LED STROBE LIGHT! All they need to do is BE KEYS. Have the UBER-ANNOYING lights be an OPTION and only an option! PLEASE! I have sent them in to be returned, but the only alternative I could be sure is big, clunky, and cumbersome! Yet it doesn't HURT MY EYES so I have no need to return it! Yet now every moment I use my computer from now on, every time I have to reach out of the way to use this big clunky number pad with 31 extraneous keys when all I honestly needed was a down arrow key... I'm gonna be put in a bad god-damn mood! The grinding irritation of YOUR FAILURE will weigh on me as this cumbersome substitute, reduced to just the lesser of two evils, skirts around my desk and tires my hand! I WILL KISS YOUR FEET AND WORSHIP THE SEAT OF YOUR TOILET IF YOU PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD VISHNU ALLAH BUDDHA AND ZEUS PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE DISABLE THE HYPERGIGAULTRAOMEGAANNOYING LIGHTS!!! Great keypad! Two keys stopped working after I dropped the keypad and after some keys fell out, and I reinstalled them. Solution: Note that the bottom of each key has two wire contacts. Align them straight facing outward.

I’ve had this for a while now and I’ve gotta say that it works almost flawlessly The gripe I have is with how the hot-swappable keys are too easy to pull out. Just dropping the thing will scatter all of the keys about the floor. Aside from that, there hasn’t been a single issue I’ve had with it. It connects every time, the lights haven’t failed (and somehow work with OpenRGB :o )

My gaming grandson totally approves the keyboard speed and functionality of this product. Loved it!

Not the best quality, could use work on the switches staying on the PCB. More of a small gamer pad rather than a full fledged extension to one's keyboard.

Have had zero issues with it. I got it for helldivers since my keyboard doesn’t have arrow keys.
