The toaster works very well. Toasting sliced bread and bagels perfectly. It looks nice as well.

All I want in life is some well toasted bagels. This toaster delivers. Perfectly even, nice amount of toast just shy of burnt at a smidge past halfway on the dial. Cutting the dial back to 1 just barely crisps the bread, so you have quite a bit of play to hit your preference. The bagel function keeps the outside from being toasted, and remember the cut part of the bagel is “directional” on toasters with bagel function. So whichever you buy, check the instructions on which way bagels go in. It toasts bread well, too, but, I haven’t tried thicker slices or pastries from frozen. I presume it will function just as well on those. The toaster is reasonably attractive, the crumb tray is decently edged to prevent spills, and the new toaster funky smell went away as per the directions (run it empty for a few minutes) Plastic shell stays cool to the touch as well. I know it seems to be a lot to ask a toaster to work well on whatever carbs you throw in it, but this one does it all and for a relatively low price.

This is a nice toaster that does a good job on bread, English muffins, etc. I like the button that extends the cook time for bagels. I'm used to simply pulling up on the lever to interrupt a toast cycle, but instead, there's a button for that. Presumably, I'll adjust to that difference. ;-) However, I'm having trouble adjusting to the loss of a feature my previous toaster had- a bell (mechanical!) that rang when the toast cycle completed. This toaster requires me to keep looking over at it to see if it has finished so I can butter my toast while it's still hot. It looks great, and does a nice job in every other way. But I sure wish it had a audible notification that the toast cycle was over. First world problem, I know. But feeling so sad, I had to dock it one of the five stars. ;-)

I use this every morning to toast bread straight out of the freezer. I use setting 6 and the bread comes out lightly toasted. It does take longer to toast the bread than my previous Oster toaster, that this new one replaced. The slots are wide and it is easy to remove the bread, without burning your fingers or trying to shake the bread out. Aesthetically it is so cute. I enjoy using it

Color red was weird. Did not match other red appliances.

♥️ This toaster. Not only does it look good but i had forgotten HOW properly toasted toast should taste. If i must have anything negative to say it may be the little browning control button. I can see the numbers but the arrow is so tiny I’m planning to dab it ever so lightly with red nail Polish….or maybe I’m just blind as a bat.

I purchased this toaster on November 6, 2023. I liked the look and ease of operation, including a crumb tray for keeping the interior of the toaster clean. The toaster is also compact which is a plus because I have limited storage. Yesterday, the lever to lower items into the toaster completely stopped working. I'm a handy and mechanically-oriented guy and there is no way to access the lever assembly to attempt a repair. The manufacturer's trouble shooting site suggests oiling the lever - not possible. What a piece of junk. In an attempt to return a faulty item, I discovered the final date for return was January 31, 2023. I tried to navigate the manufacturer's warranty website and gave up in frustration and disgust. My time is worth more than the cost of the toaster, which I now will have to resign to the landfill less than 4 months after I purchased it. Don't waste your money - it's true - you get what you pay for and I will not be giving Oster or Sunbeam any more of my business.

I have grown to like this toaster in spite of the cord thing. It is pretty, quick, even toasting with a bagel setting as well and one other I have not figured out. The color is retro red, not fire endine.

I love the colour, the function of it and the removable crumb tray. Even my husband was happy we finally have a toaster that toasts the bread evenly!!

Great style detail. A little light(weight) Hopefully it holds up.

Pretty but cheaply made...the top openings are stained already from the heat I guess and discoloured. The cord is a better length than many appliances these days.

Works well all features, looks great. Little hard to see gray marker on dial for darkness of toast or bagels.
