I bought some lentil beans at a market in Kenya and used this to stabilize my camera for sharp pictures. Review: Holds up cameras well - I use this for an SLR and a camcorder. Works great and can handle uneven surfaces and does not take up the space of a tripod. A little hard to get the filling exactly where i want it. I end up on goofy angles at first and have to squish the beans round the camera by hand. Once in place though it stays and works very well. Also challenging to use a camera with the screen open as it needs its own support.
