Good stitching and no loose threads. Has a breathable skull cap sewn in to keep it from being pulled down too far or falling down over your eyes if you have a smaller head. I have a hat size of 7 5/8 US and the elastic is fully stretched but comfortable when worn.

Really lovely hat..chose the colour tartan that I liked, was surprised that I found one on Amazon..but there it was a Tam o Shanta.. great price, and one size fits all ..good quality,lovely material, it came very quickly,I'm sure it's going to be a top hat, that I wear lots.
