**Q: Is the feeder hose (the one connected to the house) always full of water?**
A: If you do not turn off the water at the house, the feeder hose will always be under pressure. Even if you shut off the water at the house the feeder hose will still be full of water. You need to drain that hose if temperatures will drop below freezing to avoid the chance of damage.

**Q: There is an extra black gasket that is looped over the faucet handle.  Is this extra? The octagon connector has its own gasket.**
A: If there is washer in place then it is a spare washer.  Loved the product!! Works well.

**Q: Hi.. May I ask where it is made? what country? thank you**
A: I don’t know where it’s made, but we have had ours maybe a year, and it works well.
We live in the southern United States where the temperature rarely gets below freezing, and we use it only 3-4xs a week - no problems.

**Q: Do you have a wall mount?**
A: No, tapped this in the soil and use a retractable hose.

I was excited about this item but unfortunately it leaks and not where the hose attaches, but where both the facet tap and connector joint are attached to the metal. And leaked a fair amount.  Too bad as the idea is great

Whoever built my house, put my hose tap in a hard to reach, poorly planned area. I purchased a short hose and this bib and moved the tap to a more convenient place. This extender is easy to use, and very sturdy. Don't forget to buy a short piece of hose with this extender, as it doesnt come with

This fit the bill perfectly. It's quite sturdy and seems well made being all metal parts. This allows me to place the waterspout in a more convenient location. I'm going to order another for the backyard as well.
