I brought my Luxy to work last week and have noticed a big difference in how I perform in the mornings. My attitude is improving and it also helps me stay alert when I’m getting sleepy in the afternoon. I like that it’s super small and doesn’t take up any room at all really on my desk. The size is also impressive considering it has the same amount of amps as other light therapy amps that are way bigger and clunkier. I plan to buy another one for the bedroom to help me get ready in the mornings before I head to work. My only real criticism is that I find the orange accent on the lamp a little off putting. The lamp is supposed to be therapeutic and the orange flash is distracting. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of a SAD lamp. My coworkers seem to have already come on board and a few have bought some for themselves.
