It pops up easily but I struggled with folding it back up but then again I always struggle with folding up the pop up things to get them to fit back into the zippered bag for storage. The play food, tray, etc that come with it are also really cute. My granddaughter's dad wants to start up a food truck sometime so that's why I got this & he thought it was great too.
