I’m a 6’ 5” caucasian male. 4yrs ago, I weighed 309lbs. Today I’m 220. Because of the weight loss (recovering diabetic), sleeping on my side hurts my shoulders. With all the weight, my shoulders have support when I’m in such a relaxed state of sleep. But after kissing all the weight, I don’t have the extra padding to keep my shoulders supported. Now, when I sleep on my side, the muscles relax and my shoulder wants to roll forward and out of joint. I wake up after an hour or so in pain because my shoulder rolls outta joint. I bought this shoulder brace to try and help, but it didn’t. It’s not quite right for my body type and shape. The bicep cuff is a little snug for me and the shoulder material is too thin. The brace is well designed, it just doesn’t fit me well enough. Thicker or stiffer material on the shoulder cover would be helpful and give more support. The harness is well made, but not for me.

This item may or may not work as advertised but I never got to use it. The size I ordered was too small but to my surprise it wasn’t returnable or exchangeable. That info you have to search for in the description where it says “item can be returned or exchanged”. It isn’t until you select the wording that it shows that the product CANNOT be returned or exchanged. I gave it a 2 star because I did get my money back but it shouldn’t have been set up that way.
