The manual is great as it includes all sorts of exercises you can do, with illustrations. The band is great for doing things for front raises, upfront rows (for shoulders), and even bicep curls and squats. I can do them from the comfort of my house and I feel like I'm getting a great workout without going to the gym. Overall, I'm happy with the durability of the band so far, and the quality seems very good. I would definitely consider buying a heavier band once I've worked up to it.
