A: Hi, Deborah. Thank you for your question about the Basic Care Children's Ibuprofen Oral Suspension. The Basic Care Children’s Ibuprofen Oral Suspension is not dye free. This medication contains D&C yellow #10 and FD&C red #40.  If you would like additional information, please let us know and we would be happy to further assist you.

**Q: I see a main ingredient is hfcs. how much sugar is in a 7.5ml dose?**
A: The inactive ingredients are not broken down in amounts like nutritional values on a food item.
I would say a good guess is put water in the cup and poor in a measuring spoon to get measure of a dose. Then compare that to the same amount of a liquid sugar..like honey or maple syrup. And then figure it's probably 1/2 to 2/3 of that in reality..because part of the ingredients is water. 
Failing that you just need to contact the company' Perrigo in Michigan  or Amazon. I think that actually Amazon brand.
