Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Midnight (Renewed)

Arrived quickly and was in perfect condition, no faults or imperfections, bad this for six weeks and still working fine! Very pleased and worth the money

Good product.

This phone kept freezing from day one. Within a month, I dropped it on a soft Lino floor with a military grade case on and the back smashed to smitheeens. I took it for repair locally and they showed me the inside (see photos). He also said the back glass was cheap and flimsy. This phone was therefore not in ‘excellent condition’ as advertised as it was patched up and not fit for purpose. Amazon were difficult about a return even though it was within a month and they’re requesting I pay return postage. I’m questioning the repair cost too as I needed a phone given my son suffers from seizures. I’ve been duped by Amazon as they allow unscrupulous third parties to supply them with falsely advertised products. These patched up phones are definitely not excellent and use cheap parts. The guarantee is also worthless. I would never buy one on here again.

Delivered promptly, in excellent condition, no scratches or marks, and the battery appears to hold it's charge well. The only slight negative was that the phone hadn't been reset to factory settings, this was quite easy to do, but it did make me wonder what checks had actually been done before the phone was shipped...

My husband is a very frustrated android user - the times of day that he threatens to throw his phone out of the window I can’t number - so as I have been a very contented iphone user for some years I have finally convinced him to give an iphone a go. Knowing all of this and his lack of interest in phones and all that they can do in the right hands, I decided that it would be risky and possibly a complete waste of money to get him a lovely new 16e, although I was tempted. So I went to the other end - a refurbished phone from Amazon. I have had refurbished items before and on the whole they have been good and reliable. Which iphone to get him? I have the 13 Mini and love it (only really sad that this is the last Mini size that Apple are making), so decided to get him a 13. It has more than enough of all the capability that he will need and hopefully, if he doesn’t lose it, it will last a couple of years with the iphone updates. Having decided on the phone it was easy ordering it yesterday and it arrived today. It came in a plain black box, with a charging cable and the key for opening the sim tray. The description said that the phone was in excellent condition and having looked over it very carefully it does look in excellent condition. The battery health is 95% which is also good. So, so far so good - I hope this continues to be a good experience - the buying experience has been good, showing my husband how to use it and get the most out of it may well be a completely different experience!

I purchased the iphone 13 refurbished and advertised as excellent condition. Touchscreen appeared to have an intermittent fault from day 1 but initially put it down to data and app transfer from old iphone. I did start the process of a return, however, i decided to explorer other reasons for why this would be intermittently failing. Software update, screen protector and accessories were all investigated but when i attempted to put the torch on in a cold night (-7) the screen flashed and became unresponsive and eventually did not light up at all. Pictures of all the edges and screen were provided to show no impact damage but, on return to the seller for investigation and repair the unit, they found cracks on the screen under the screen which they feel is due to impact. I don't believe this to be the case, i believe the phone was sold faulty. If these cracks/ stress fractures could be seen by the time the seller received the unit its just further evidence to suggest this screen was always damaged and i could not see it. I would not purchased from this seller because i do believe they sold me a damaged phone. Big mistake to give them the benefit of the doubt and look into other reasons into why the unit was intermittently faulty instead of returning immediately. If you find yourself in the same position return immediately the unit is probably faulty.

Wow, je kan niet zien dat dit een refurbished product is. Geen krassen, geen gebruikssporen, batterijcapaciteit is 99%. Geen onderdelenhistorie, dus alles nog origineel. Scherm werkt goed, telefoon reageert snel. Heel erg tevreden. Thx 🙏

Der Zustand des iPhone war wirklich - wie in der Artikelbeschreibung dargestellt - hervorragend. Kein Kratzer, weder auf der Vorderseite noch der Rückseite. Fast wie neu! Für jemand, der nicht auf dem Handy CPU-aufwändige Spiele macht oder Profi-Fotos machen will, ist das iPhone 13 noch immer ein Handy, das eigentlich alle Wünsche befriedigt (aktuell neueste Betriebssystemversion iOS 26). Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
