Can you pour perfume in this instead of doing the pump thing? My perfume bottle does not have a spray top.

Thanks for your question. We're afraid that this perfume atomizer can not be poured perfume into the inner container directly as it is bottom fill design and the nozzle is non-detachable.

What do these feel like? are they weighted? metal? plastic? do they feel as luxurious as they look?

It is like a lipstick and with portable size, it's lightweight and easy to carry. 
The material of this perfume atomizer is made of high quality PU and the inner bottle is PETG material, there are as luxurious as they look.

have no idea how to  refill. My cologne is Eternity, the atomizer on that moves up and down as you pump it

Three steps:
1. Pull out the UULANFA bottle from the black exterior case. You will see a bottle with an inlet nozzle at the bottom of the bottle. 
2. Pull out the Atomizer from the Eternity bottle. You will see a white plastic tube.
3. Insert this into the bottom nozzle of the UULANFA bottle and pump up and down. You will see the perfume filling the bottle. 
In case the Atomizer tube does not fit the UULANFA bottle, look for some adapters that were shipped with the UULANFA bottle.

Do you have the refill inserts separately? So you can switch perfumes easily?

As the perfume atomizer is bottom filling design and it is undetachable, the purpose for this design is in order to ensure the better sealing performance and avoid leakage. You can only fill the perfume in by the bottom through the little plastic adapter which together packed with the perfume atomizer, there is no refill inserts for switching perfumes, please understand. Thanks!
