I was injured at work and then the rehab made my back permanently messed up. This helps me at least keep up with housework and some light exercises I can't do without some support. It works and isn't so large that it interferes with most activities. I recommend it if you have back trouble. Before I started wearing this I had to really pay attention to how my back felt before doing anything.
