We can talk and see our grandkids on a regular basis and they love it too. The webcam was easy to install -- only took a few minutes to load the software, plug it in and we were webcamming away. The calling interface is simple and straightforward. Maybe even too simple. There is no video conferencing so we can only talk to one household at a time. Conferencing would be a nice feature. The other downside is that every time we reboot the software looses our settings and we have to set them up again. This can be annoying. Overall, it's a good webcam and we'll probably switch to Skype for the interface.
