Software not working❗️⚠️

Upon carefully following the provided instructions, the software and driver were successfully installed. However, upon attempting to connect the WAN device to the system to retrieve the data, an error prompt was encountered. Despite the device's LED indicating a successful scan of the tokens, there was no indication of the device accessing the application. Email to seller bounced back. Seller's assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated
