Quality headset with the best microphone on the market.
These are quality headphones, sound reproduction is excellent with very good bass. The active noise cancellation is very good too. I bought these for their microphone though, I needed a headset with a mic that wouldn't pick up external sounds aside from my own voice when I was working in a call center environment, and these were by far the best of the bunch, even better than a $500 Sony headset. You can have someone talking to you right over your shoulder on the side with the mic, and it won't pick up their voice, only the voice of the person who is wearing the headset. Good battery life and good range using the included dongle. If you need a headset to talk with others in a noisy environment, this is the one to buy!

Great wireless headseat
These work well. The active noise cancellation WORKS really well. The sound and microphone are clear. I had to utilize the warranty, on the first set I purchased because the boom microphone failed. They, Jabra, replaced the set with no issues, with another set, and I've not had any issues so far. They resolved whatever issue the old boom mic design had. I use them everyday at work. They are comfortable, and light. The range is great, and they are easy to use and configure.

Faulty Mic Design
Let me start off by saying, I loved this headset! ANC was good, hear-through was great, music and voices with calls were clear, and the battery lasted my full 10 hour shift each day. The Jabra Evolve2 75 was one of the best headsets I've used! So, why a 1 star review? This headset model has a major design flaw with the microphone! After almost a year of use, the headset would blast my ears with static when I moved the mic arm up and down. This also caused static on the caller side that interfered with my work. Eventually, the microphone stopped working entirely... I did some research and noticed multiple forums online where people had similar issues as short as 3 months after buying new. The only problem is that I bought a used headset to save some money, expecting I could do my own repairs when needed. So, unlike others, I didn't have a warranty to cover a replacement. Since I had nothing to lose, I opened it up and found out the issue was the ribbon cable connecting the mic. This cable is installed in a way that can rub and pinch each time the arm is moved, causing excess wear and tear, which explained the static each time I moved the boom arm. Now, the biggest issue... This ribbon cable cannot be replaced! It is hardwired into the mic board, and I had to break the mic arm open to even notice this. This microphone is not designed to be repaired, only replaced. However, you cannot buy a replacement mic anywhere. For this reason, it doesn't appear there are any refurbished models of the Evolve 2 75 or Evolve 2 85, and repair shops don't offer repairs on these models. You either replace the headset through a warranty, or buy a new one around $250. So, if you buy new, this is a great headset with a 2 year warranty! But if you're buying used, look for something else!!!

Great sound, unreliable connection.
I really want to love these headphones. The design is great, especially when paired with the stand. The boom mic almost completely disappears when not in use. And the charge last incredibly long when you forget to put it back on the stand before leavingthe office. The issue is connection. It pairs via Bluetooth very quickly, but the first time you use it daily after having taken your laptop home it struggles to engage sound correctly. People can hear you, but you hear them with a computerized crackling voice. I'm a pretty tech-savvy guy so I figured out that turning it off then on again while the first call is engaged typically fixes the issue (8 of 10 times) but occasionally you have to fiddle with it longer. NOT IDEAL when you are starting a business meeting with your $300+ headphones. I'm beyond my return window or I would give up on them. Now I will have to get my monies worth. PS - The MS Teams model did the exact same thing so save your $500 and the headache. I've used about 7 other Jabra Bluetooth 🎧 and this us the first time I've had issues like this. The Evolve 65 is a MUCH more reliable device. The price is still a bit high though. Just my 2¢. Hope this helps someone.

They were buggy so I returned them.
I have the original Jabra Evolve 75 and I LOVE them. I bought these to keep in the Office at work so the other can stay at home. I also own multiple Jabra products and have always been very happy with them. Overall the sound quality, and quality overall is great with Jabra. But..... The BAD: They would just act up... ALL... THE... TIME! The mic wouldn't work. I'd have to raise and lower the arm of the mic constantly until it worked. It would lose Bluetooth connection frequently. I tried resetting the phone, installing and uninstalling the app, connecting and re-connection the headset. Forgetting and finding the headset multiple times. Firmware updates. It was getting annoying so I returned them. The GOOD: I was initially excited. The sound quality is fantastic! Battery life great! Noise canceling is good too. And they look great! Overall if they weren't buggy I would have been happy to keep them. Also worth noting, these kinda hurt after long periods of time. I don't have an overly large heads but it could be that I just didn't break them in enough.... but I don't remember having to do that with the other set. In closing.... I don't knock Jabra for these. I'm really hoping it was just my headset. Most likely i'll be replacing them with a different Jabra set.

High quality
I recently purchased the PC wireless headset with 8 microphones, and it has been a game-changer for my remote work and gaming sessions. The setup was straightforward, and the headset paired seamlessly with my computer. The audio quality is outstanding. The sound is crisp, clear, and immersive, making it perfect for both professional calls and gaming. The 8 microphones provide excellent noise cancellation, ensuring that my voice is always heard clearly, even in noisy environments. This has significantly improved the quality of my video conferences and online meetings. Comfort is another standout feature of this headset. The ear cushions are plush and breathable, and the adjustable headband ensures a perfect fit for extended use without causing discomfort. The battery life is impressive, lasting for hours on a single charge, which is ideal for long workdays or gaming sessions. The wireless range is also excellent, allowing me to move around my home office without losing connection. The controls on the headset are intuitive and easy to use, enabling quick adjustments to volume and other settings. Overall, this PC wireless headset with 8 microphones has exceeded my expectations. It offers superior sound quality, excellent noise cancellation, and great comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality headset for work or play.

When an update isn't as good as the original..
I am a long time Jabra user, and for the last 5 years have been using 2 of the Jabra Evolve 75 headsets with the 370 blue tooth dongle. I loved these headsets and figured it was time to get an upgrade to the new Jabra Evolve2 75, with the charging base. The reviews were positive for this new headset, highly rated and having the positive history with the older model, It was sure to be worth the $350 and I expected upgrades across the board... First the good - I love the noise cancellation, the fit is comfortable for all day use and I am frequently on calls that last multiple hours at a time. The product feels high quality and the charging base is excellent, and easy to use. The Microphones in the ear cups work well, and the software that you can use to customize the sound is full featured, allowing for adjustment of side tone so you can customize how much of your own voice you can hear in the headset. All of this is as expected, and on par with the quality I thought I was getting with the upgrade... Now to the boom microphone.. This is where you will get mixed results and I think there is a flaw in the design. The Bad - As mentioned, the boom mic is where I had all my issues. First - it's short and doesn't extend in front of your mouth. It's designed that way, and tucks neatly up into the earcup for "headphones' use. While this sounds like a slick design, I think this is part of the flaw with this design. There are multiple microphones in the boom mic. It has noise cancellation built in and does a phenomenal job of filtering out non-speech. Dog's barking, air conditioner noise etc. BUT - it will occasionally also not pick up your voice, even when you are maintaining a good volume of speech. In 4 days use, I had multiple people tell me my voice was cutting out, specifically when I was sitting in a certain position. I tried updating all the firmware, for the 380 dongle, and the headset. Even on the most recent firmware, still the same condition existed. I did a recording test using window recorder, and tried boom mic with different noise cancelling settings, different side tone settings, even connected to dongle and then direct to Bluetooth. Direct to Bluetooth actually sounded better, but still had the same intermittent cutting out. I did discover, that the built in microphone in the ear cups didn't have the cutting out like the boom mic did, but it doesn't have the same sound quality and had too much echo for my taste. Conclusion - I could not find any way to make this work to my satisfaction and returned it while I still could get a refund. I will go back to my trusty Evolve 75 until I get my next headset which will likely be a poly 4320. Jabra - if you read these evaluations, you need to fix your microphone noise cancelling before you lose even more customers. Its sad I couldn't make this work. I really wanted to love it.

Lightweight Headset with Surprising Noise-Cancellation!
I use a headset for work every day and I absolutely love this one! When I first took it out of the box I had some issues where the microphone wouldn’t register my voice, but when I downloaded Jabra Direct and plugged my headset into my computer, it updated automatically and has been phenomenal ever since! I use this with both Teams and Zoom, and the swivel-up to mute microphone is so helpful - I use it all the time when I’m walking around on calls and not right next to my computer. The noise-cancellation and microphone quality are also fantastic, I’m always surprised when the leaf blower is going crazy outside my window and it doesn’t affect my calls at all, especially with how light this headset is. Overall, I would say that once I downloaded the update, this has easily become my favorite headset!
