Flavor change and not as good.
Overall a Good product. I would have given 5 stars however, they have recently changed the flavor which is not as good as prior. The change in taste will keep me from buying more. I am currently searching for a replacement.

Packets difficult to open (change from before)
The packets in my most recent box do not tear open at the notch like all other packages I have bought before. The opening doesn't give when I attempt to tear it, requiring me to use scissors to get it open. I often use the Vit C packets on the road while traveling or on the go - when I do not have scissors. This makes the packets useless/difficult to use. The amount in each packet also seems like less liquid than before.

Is this a good product?
This is the first box I have purchased, and unfortunately, my first impression was not great. Several of the individual packages have a small hole somewhere, as most of the packets are sticky, and the box is a mess. Seems a bit pricey for a substandard product so far.
