Why doesn't our hot cutters heat up or stop heating?

Improper voltage adjustment may have caused the accessory's fuse to burn out, resulting in a failure to heat. When using different cutters, be sure to adjust the voltage to the appropriate value, otherwise the cutter may be damaged.

What voltage should I set for each cutting tip to avoid overheating or no heat?

Different cutting tips require different voltage settings to work safely and effectively. Maximum Voltage Thresholds: 9V for the 18cm bow cutter, 7V for the 5cm bending style cutter and 12cm long straight cutter, 5V for 7cm short straight cutter.

Why is my foam cutter not working?

Troubleshoot: 1.Fully insert plug. 2. Turn dial to 1–3 (5–7V; see FAQ2 for tip voltages). 3.Wait 5 sec warm-up. 4.Tighten tip & check green light on handle.

Why didn’t it cut my hard foam, rubber, or plastic as expected?

This cutter is designed only for low‑density foams (e.g., EPS, EPE, XPS with density ≤30g/cm³).NOT suitable for: high‑density foam, soft rubber, plastic bottles, hard wood, etc. Please check your material type before purchasing.
