Boss Snow Plow Trip Return Spring - Boss OEM MSC01509

Boss "Flat Top" TRIP SPRING Used on all Older plow models. Sold under P/N: MSC01509. This MSC01509 is only used for the Bottom TRIP SPRING on the lower portion of the A/Frame OR as a Moldborad RETURN SPRING prior to 6-1-09. The easest way to determine which spring you need is to measure the OAL (Over All Length) of the spring. A spring measuring 15.50" OAL (Outside of Hook to Outside of Hook) with a non tapered coil is a MSC01509. If it has tapered coils on the ends and measures 18.5" OAL (Outside of Hook to Outside of Hook) , it is a P/N: MSC07705.
