Very good capsules. They come already assembled into full capsules, and it's easier for me to separate them before I use them. I have bought them already separated, but I find that a larger percentage of those don't fit when you try to reassemble them after filling. These fit perfectly once you manually separate them into two separate bags. I do it while I'm watching something on TV, and you can feel with your fingers which are the female and which are the male ends, so you don't have to watch.

These are your basic capsules, they work just fine in my capsule machine. The price was better than what I've found so far so that makes them the best as far as I'm concerned.

I've been using these for a few years in 2 different rollers and they work perfectly for me. I always have to add in extra after the roller is done, due to how the roller works, and they still hold just fine. And dissolve pretty damn fast. If I dont get some of my powders down with enough water, they start burning my throat within less that a minute ( my acidic powders ) so I know they work quick.

I have made several batches of the supplement my doctor wants me to take every day. The supplement is very expensive on ready made capsules and far cheaper in bulk and made at home. The quality of these capsules has been consistent and they fit well into my capsule machine. I gave them a 5 on flavor because there is none. There isn't much more to say. They do the job. To know the amount of supplement in each capsule, I weigh the supplement container before and after making the capsules, then divide by the number of capsules I made. The average is the amount in each. That may vary from cap to cap, but only a bit. To get more in, tamp the capsule machine on the sides to make the supplement compact, then more can be added.
