Great sound and comfort for a great price
I’ve been after some new headphones for a while and decided to give the Jabra 4 Elite a try. I’ve used budget headphones for a while and opted for something a little more expensive without breaking the bank. I have my headphones in most of the day for calls and listening to music as well as streaming films. Setup was simple and straight forward and downloading the app gives you everything you need including a manual if you need it. You can also control the noise cancellation and it has an equaliser. I like my music with good bass and this helps boosts it without any distortion. These headphones are the most comfortable I’ve ever had and haven’t fallen out or come loose at all. I changed the gel tip for the large which fit my ears perfectly. Mediums come pre-mounted. The noise cancellation is a nice feature to have too. Whilst it doesn’t completely eradicate all noise, it does a good enough job that means I don’t need to increase the volume further. Using the right tip helps seals your ear so trying the different ones is definitely recommended. The battery life has been excellent regularly getting through my day without going flat. I always pop them back in the case whenever they’re not in use. The case will fast charge them to 60% in 10 minutes so if like me they’re in constant use then this is a great feature. You can also use each one individually which my previous ones wouldn’t, you always had to use the right side which was annoying if you wanted to use the left and listen to the person sitting on your right so a big plus for me. Call quality is fantastic too. People often commented using my old headphones was I on hands free or couldn’t hear me but not one person has noticed that I’ve been using these to make and receive phone calls, even cutting out wind noise when I’ve been outside. Overall I would say these are an excellent pair of headphones especially given the relatively low price point, you won’t be disappointed if you opt for these.

Solid, Dependable, Clear
TWS earbuds have been around for a while now and so you would expect the technology to improve through each iteration. What i often find is that while many brands on the market offer lots of features, the main one - Bluetooth stability, is often lacking and you get random drop outs, disconnects or static which make the user experience very poor. Not these Jabras though, they excel at consistent performance time after time. The user setup was very slick, download the app, pair the headphones and the device was connected. A firmware update was available, and after installing that, the devices rebooted and i was able to try them out for the first time. What surprised me was just how quickly the buds reconnected to my phone after a reboot or when taking them out the case. I tested the buds using my favourite music playlist. The sound was pleasing and clean, and the in app EQ allowed me to tweak to my preference for different genres of music. I then tried the buds on calls. I tested both at home in a quiet environment and also on the roadside walking along and both times the calls were clear, crisp and without interruption. Users on the other end reported clear vocals and so this was a big plus. So far so good. Battery life is very good, if not class leading, but the case recharges them quickly and i find that its more than enough to see me through a few days before i need to recharge. All in all i think these are extremely capable earbuds, with a very reasonable price and comfortable fit that make them a winner.

Surprisingly Powerful
I'll be blunt, for the price I paid (around 58€), these buds have NO business sounding as good as they do. I got the Jabra Elite 4 basically as a stopgap measure. I'd switched from an iPhone to an Android device back in the fall, and my AirPods Pro simply don't play too well with Android. Besides, they were beginning to show their age, so I needed a replacement. And honestly, these little buds were a massive surprise. For starters, they're comfortable. My ears are a bit weird, and finding earbuds that fit and stay in can sometimes be a challenge. The Elite 4 manage this, I can wear them for my entire work commute without having to readjust them even once. I still need to use the largest eartips provided (called ear gels in a rather obvious attempt to "not sound like the others"), but even with that, the fit and seal are top notch. The haptics aren't bad either, with both buds having control buttons integrated. Pairing them can be a bit of a pain, as you'll need to press both buttons simultaneously, but you'll likely only have to do that once or twice, depending on how many devices you have. Then, we come to the sound. And yep, I was NOT expecting that sound. The base thumps, the highs sing, and the mids are clear and defined. Granted, audiophiles will probably find more than enough to make them clutch their pearls, but I haven't found any music that the Elite 4 struggle with yet. Bach, Smetana, Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Jay-Z, Lizzo, Sigrid, they all sound great. What's more, because of the good fit, the sound is consistent, unlike with my AirPods, which are prone to slipping. And if you don't like it, the Jabra Sound+ App allows you to adjust the EQ settings to your liking. Then, there's the noise cancellation. Right of the bat, it's not as good as that on my AirPods, or on my six year old Bang & Olufsen H8, but given the price, the noise cancellation is excellent, and it's more than enough to make my morning and evening bus rides that much more bearable. No, the Elite 4 don't actually make my commute enjoyable, but it'll take much more than a pair of ear buds to make Bus Éireann even bearable. And once again, you can adjust and personalise the ANC settings within the Jabra Sound+ App. However, all's not well in the land of Jabra. There are some downsides that I need to mention. For starters, the charging case seems to pick up discolourations remarkably quickly, as in, within a week of getting them. They're easy to remove with a wet cloth, but it's still annoying. Speaking of the charging case, that is very much the most undercooked part of this product. It does its job of charging the earbuds, and it does that well. but that's about the only thing it does. The lid is flimsy, and opening it doesn't really do anything. It doesn't connect the buds, doesn't set them into pairing mode, nothing. And while the case is charged using USB-C, a connector type that has proliferated throughout my household over recent years, I do miss wireless charging, which is a de facto standard for me at this point. But, with the exception of the discolouration, all of that is beside the point. If you can get them at a decent discount, these earbuds are excellent value for money, and even at their regular price, these things are still a good buy.

Quality earbud at a solid price
I looked at replacing my existing Jabra Elite 75t Earbuds which have started to fail after 3-4 years of constant use. The Jabra Elite 4 wireless earbuds offer the same impressive audio performance, comfortable fit, and a sleek design as my old pair, but with some new features added into the mix. Straight out of the box they were easier to setup and were good to use in a few minutes, the app was easy to connect to and do some bespoke set up if i wanted to. I liked the fact they automatically connected with my spotify and phone, rather than having to search for the device to pair with. There was options to change ear pads in, but i didnt need to change them. The ANC is just as good as my previous pairs, with a touch of the left hand ear bud changes between the sound options - denoted by a small noise, i preferred the previous versions, where a voice told you what sound mode you are in, ie hear through, ANC or off. But thats just my preference. You can tell the difference between the modes. After using them out and about for both dog walks, listening to podcasts, and taking phonecalls, the sound and call quality is great as i now expect from Jabra. Top marks all round with no issues at all. I havent used the function yet, as the battery life is great, but the option to just use one ear bud is great. With my current ear buds, one is fully functioning, which means both dont work, at least with these, i can just use one if needed to extend both battery life or if i need to keep one ear free! A per my previous pair, the USB-C charging case is a useful accessory, charging them back up after a few minutes, and is great feature. The feel of the product and the quality of the buttons isnt on par with the higher elite series i have, the buttons arent as responsive o pressing, however, at around half the price, its a small sacrifice! I generally wear these walking to work, or walking the dog, so out in all weather, they appear to be a bit more resistant to rain compared to my previous ones, which is a massive bonus! The app is the same as the previous versions, and allows you to tweak the sounds to your own requirements. I dont bother really, but i may do in the future. Overall, the Jabra Elite 4 earbuds are a solid choice for users seeking high-quality wireless earbuds without an outrageous price tag, like my previous pair, i would highly recommend these ear buds!

Good but with a few battery issues
I used to go through a pair of in-ear headphones every year (due to breakages or simply dissatisfaction in the sound or comfort) so I’ve used my fair share of these things and here are my thoughts. I picked these up on sale at a decent £50 or so. I would argue that that is about the right price. First the good: 1) Sound is decent once you use the accompanying app to tweak it. Out of the box they’re very thin sounding but you can get them to a good enough place pretty quickly via the easy to use app. You’re not going to get top of the range sound quality but its mids and bass are fine and it’s clear enough to cope with most of your basic streaming quality output. 2) They’re comfortable and they stay in place pretty well 3) Quality seems good - headphones and case seem sturdy enough. 4) Controls work pretty well (eg left ear controls noise cancellation, right ear looks after the play/pause and forwarding etc) 5) Noise cancellation is ok. You won’t get silence but you will block out enough ambient noise to make it worth turning on when you’re out and about or in an office and need to concentrate or if you’re listening to podcasts etc. Now a couple of specific niggles 1) Battery life is not quite as good as other headphones I’ve used. If you use the noise cancellation you will get about 4-5 hours. Without NC you’ll get 6-7 hours. The earbuds also drain at different speeds, which is irritating. They charge pretty fast, though, so I’ve managed to find a way to alternate between which bud I’m using in 10min increments until both are back to roughly 100%. Not always convenient, though. 2) I wish the case had a proper battery indicator on it. Several of my other headphone cases have told me how much charge the case is holding via a series of lights or a dial. These have a brief light that flashes green, yellow or red when you put your headphone back in, but the lack of specificity isn’t ideal and you will find that red light appearing unexpectedly and inconveniently. 3) The charging case itself doesn’t hold a lot of charge. My last pair of in-ears had a slightly bulkier case which needed to be charged, at most, once per week if I was using the headphones most days. I have to charge my Jabra case, which is lovely and compact, at least 3x per week. And when the case is low on charge, it barely charges the headphones (ie it won’t use up all of its remaining charge to charge the headphones. I assume it’s designed that way to preserve the longevity of the battery in the case). The case also doesn’t support wireless charging, if that’s important to you. So, overall a decent set of headphones and ok value for the £50-ish I paid (absolutely not worth the £100+ rrp). I hope they last, because the positives in comfort and sound just about outweigh the negatives in the battery performance.

Worst than the €1.00 earphones off dollar store!
Worst than the €1.00 earphones off dollar store! It doesn't work, doesn't connect, and has stopped working in a week. Spent €60.00 on this piece of junk, it is garbage to be thrown in dustbin. Return process is so complicated will have to spend half a day and visit a Post office and print bunch of papers just to return this. UK Amazon is crippled in operations may be it can learn something from India Amazon. Where the returns are well scheduled, tracked from your app and picked up from your home/ door step by Amazon personnel and processed within seconds. Depending on the postal service and its operations and delivery, the return to UK Amazon will take approximately 15-20 days to process a simple tiny return. In addition, if it is electronic item, the paperwork, postal packaging is 10 times more elaborate. And the return isn't paid by Amazon for most cases. I certainly do not recommend using Amazon UK for electronics specially for any times greater than the money you'll pay for returning is by mail. Unless you are okay to throw your money in the put buying such crap products off Amazon UK. No matter what brand you buy.

Great Earbuds For A Good Price
I decided to give these new Jabra Elite 4 earbuds a try as unfortunately I lost one of my previous Jabra earbuds and the price point on these is great. The packaging is good, not loads of excess packaging and all recyclable. Out the box they are a nice compact design, I went for the dark grey as I carry them with me all the time & work outside so felt like one of the lighter colours may look grubby (I do love the look of the lilac though) The case is nice & light but feels sturdy. The earbuds magnet into place so no faffing around they pop straight where they should be. They paired with my phone immediately, I already had the app downloaded from my previous pair but it was easy to update and add these. To be honest for the price I wasn’t expecting them to be amazing but they are great, I wear earbuds for a few hours every day listening to music & podcasts, these were nice & comfortable throughout the day. The sound quality is good, my only real gripe is the bass could be better. It’s great that you can turn the hear through on with a touch so that you don’t have to pause your audio to hear when someone is talking to you. I love the fact that they have a two year dust & water resistance warranty as I work outside a lot so that’s a great plus point. Overall for a pair of earbuds for everyday use they are great, price is good for the quality & they look nice. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent all rounder buds don't fail to impress!
The Elite 4 earbuds sit in the sweet spot of Jabra's comprehensive range of earbuds. Offering an excellent balance of features for the price point, these "every use case" buds impressed across a range of challenging environments. Given the advertised sporty nature of these buds (Inclusing sweat resistance) I took them for a spin in a cycle class. Their form and size allowed them to sit snuggly in my ears and they delivered plenty of volume and bass. They also shine when on long journeys, and it was a joy to be able to rely on the long battery life and quick charge times. The active noise cancellation further helped to improve the experience, however the superb fit meant high levels of sound isolation even with ANC turned off. As can be expected with any Jabra product, they are excellent for taking calls in the office or on the go. My impressions (and those for whom I was speaking to!) Is that they significantly outperform similarly peiced rivals for the clarity, isolation and minimal delay. The experience is rounded out by Jabra's well thought out and feature rich Sound+ app. Here again, Jabra has seemingky thought through almost everything and yet while enabling the end user the option to tailor things as they see fit. This includes a high degree of personalisation, such as sound profiles, editing of button controls, and utilising the lost earbud features. While I was initially hesitant to like these earbuds, they've quickly become my go to buds for any and all situations. My previous (more expensive) pair have been consigned to the office drawer!
