I absolutely love these plant timers. I have had to reset one in each package of two that I have purchased to get them to function the way I want them to. I have plant lights that run down both sides of my kitchen on the top of the cabinets for the plants I have up there. I use the timers to automate the plant lights. They automatically turn on in the morning and turn off at night. They do exactly what I want them to do. I have no complaints. If you do get one that isn’t functioning quite right out of the box or after you have had it for awhile just reset it. I have not had any issues with them not working after a reset. These are great and not very expensive. I love to be able to save a couple dollars here or there and still have all the functionality that I needed. They are also fairly small so they don’t take up the entire outlet which is nice.

Easy to program. I replaced the manual timer on my outdoor lighting controller, and this electronic one works much better.

The digital timer is the only way to go. With the digital timer you don’t have the noise of ticking, sounds like a bomb during the day/night when the noise level is quiet. This timers are so easy to program great for elderly people to use. Great to use for lamps, Christmas lights/trees, etc… Higly recommend!!!

The digital is way easier to use than the dial type that seem to always lose time. This is dead on every night. Note that it is a 2 prong and doesn't have the ground prong, so ensure you get it the proper setup for your needs.

Great timers. Easy to use & set. But if you have outlets at were installed upside down (WHY?) The timers don't work upside down. I was able to rig it though. Luckily not all the outlets in the house are upside down. The ones in regular outlets so work very well.

I ordered this for 2 application, my shaver and night fan. It is working out great. Super easy to set and use. Plus they are small in size which works out great for small places.

Okay, I am the type of person who is thwarted and bested by the timers that have those little pins, you know? If the pin is up, is it on? Down?? AM or PM????? These are SO. VERY. EASY. to program. It comes on when it's supposed to, and shuts off again at my chosen time. Do not hesitate--these are great timers.

I never had much luck with old school mechanical timers so I thought a digital one was worth a try. I picked this one based on the push button design and the positive reviews. So far I really like them. I use one timer in the basement and the other in the living room to control lamps. There is a built-in backup battery so when the power went out I didn't even have to reprogram them. Recommended

Needed replacements as the batteries in these do not last forever. EXTREMELY easy to program these. Had one in bedroom to come on/off at a later time than the one in the living room. This schedule can be turned on or off if not needed. My plan is to leave them plugged in but have the timer mechanism turned off. Hopefully, that will allow the internal non-replaceable batteries to last a long time (at least longer than if they weren't plugged in). It is a sealed unit and the battery is NOT replaceable. One thing to note: these are a once a day/same time every day timer. It does not allow for different times on different days. This means that for example: set it to come on at 8 pm and off at 10pm. That's it. It will cycle with those same two times every day without variance. There are other uses for a once-a-day timer, not just for lighting so keep that in mind.
