I've solved the regular skewb a million times. And some of the variations like Polaris Cube. This master skewb is HARD. Very well made.

Great product, I use it everyday

This puzzle is VERY challenging. Even If you've done other cube puzzles, this is a CORNER turning puzzle, distinctly different from a face turning puzzle (like the classic rubiks cube) or an edge turning puzzle (like the curvy copter) no matter what move you do, you change all six sides. There is only one manufacture of this puzzle that I can really find, so you are extremely limited if you'd like to try it. The feel of the puzzle itself is similar to a decently broken-in rubiks brand cube. it doesn't turn the greatest and the pieces have a tendency to pop out if you make quick turns and it catches an edge. I've used mine for a bit and the turning is acceptable now but I would have really preferred something like the smooth turning, adjustable tension, magnetic cubes that are available (e.g. D-FantiX Moyu Weilong GTS V2 M Magnetic Speed). But this is not a deal breaker.

This cube was a little more difficult to turn, it felt very stiff.

Great puzzle and very challenging.

The customer service experience was excellent, they were willing to replace the flawed cube with a supposedly "better" quality one. However, this does not rectify the fundamental issue with the cube itself, as the replacement received is still of poor quality. If you turn and take a closer look to the pieces, many pieces exhibit sharp edges that pop up, which cause them to get stuck in almost every single movement. The pieces of the cube themselves are defectively designed and produced. (I have purchased multiple cubes from this shop, other cubes are fine, only this one is BAD.)

not sure if this is the one that came apart because its so odd to move or if it wasnt that one but this one is hard and go slow and easy and yeah all i can say is good luck
