It was very easy to paint on, very thin and made so much difference. The paint is matte and I bought the gloss sealer. I’m not sure yet of durability because I just laid it down but it looks great and makes it look very clean and sharp. Be careful if yours comes with metal tabs, I figured the can would need a screwdriver to open lid and the metal tabs are reinforcement. NOPE, metal tabs were holding it closed so I spilled it over my newly painted cabinets, myself and the sink. I would also recommend using a sandpaper to lightly rough up the surface. Making sure the lines of the grit are in the same general direction. The paint will cover most if not all the scratches. **Q: Can i use this in the bathroom floor?** A: I used it on entry tiles, which are the same as are in my bathroom. It worked very well. **Q: Can i put a clear epoxy coat over latex concrete paint?** A: I bought the package deal to repaint the tile in the bathroom. It came with a satin epoxy top coat. It turned out fantastic.
