No such luck because we have snow on the roof (safety hazard). We decided to clean it from the bottom up ourselves and saw this product.The cleaning was easy with 2 people and a vacuum. The head looks like an orange spider with several plastic/nylon flexible sticks attached to a sphere - think weed wacker with a thicker line. The extensions attach easily to a drill and each other so you can go the full 26+ feet length. We were amazed at how much soot and creosote it took off.
