UNFORTUNATELY 2 inch hole on side.. *by P***X on September 29, 2021* I got my pillow today. Compared to similarly priced true down (no feathers) it is much more filled and I was very pleased with the quality. I was not happy however with the 2 inch long slice about an inch from the edge. The down does appear to be higher loft with the large clusters and no loose fibers and zero feathers. As these are unavailable now in the king...and it's the only genuinely all down I have found in this firmness I will probably be taking it for repair. This pillow is used under a softer, flatter pillow & works great. The pillow is filled evenly, plus seems well made. Before using, I put it in the dryer with no heat for about 10 minutes. Fluffed up so well that putting the protector then pillow case took effort, but that was ok!
