Right from opening the can, you can smell the aroma of the lemons.A feature I adore is the foil that covers the top of the can. I always wash the top of cans but this just adds that special touch keeping the top of the can cleaner.All in all, Limonata makes a perfect year round refreshing beverage. It is refreshing during a hot summer day but equally as satisfying as a quenching beverage in the winter. I love these. I bought a six pack at the store of the Aranciata (orange), and loved it so much, I wondered if I could get it at a better price here on Amazon. I sure could, to my delight. I have greatly enjoyed it. I am trying to stay away from artificial sweeteners, and even though this has real sugar, it isn't all that much, and there are only 29 carbs per can. It's my special treat once, sometimes twice a day. I have also bought the Aranciata Rossa (Blood Orange) and the Clementina (Clementine)flavors. Both of which are delicious, too. The flavor is so much better than a flavored sparkling water is. It tastes like the bottles of Italian orange soda I have tried. Very refreshing on a hot day. I also like the seal on each can. It keeps it clean, and, sometimes I put it back on it, if I am drinking one out of doors, to keep pesky, flying, curious, critters out.

I love this drink. I bought it from a seller on Amazon for $34.55. The product came in a Walmart box, so I went and checked the price on Walmart and it was $18.32 for 24 can. I can order this and the other flavors ( flavors differ in price) get free next day delivery if I buy $35 or more of anything. The lemon/limonata is the most expensive. But to see that I paid $34.55 when it clearly came from Walmart is a lesson learned. Don't get the grapefruit ( cheapest) unless you really like grapefruit the after taste is not good. This product has tiny bubbles that really quench thirst.I work outside in the heat so I pay the premium price to drink this.

I started buying these at my local Whole Foods in an effort to stop drinking soda. In college I practically lived on Oragina as my morning beverage (I am not a coffee person and the orange juice available tasted awful). When I read the ingredients for my lovely am treat I realized it wasn't as much juice as I thought. This one at least does not have corn syrup listed as an ingredient. To me, real sugar tastes better. They are very similar, and at first I was wary that this one would not live up to my standards but I think it tastes even better. The fizz and flavor really satiated the occaisional craving for soda and is nice to have on hand for guests. I think of it more as a treat these days. But if left on my own I could probably drink all 24 in two days.When I saw it available on Amazon for less with the bonus of not having to carry it home I bought it. I find the ease of having something this heavy delivered straight to my front door very rewarding.

They are expensive but buying a soda that has real fruit juice in it makes them worth the money. Grapefruit is #1 and any of the orange flavors rank #2. Great on a hot summer day. May fall over easy when driving because the are tall and narrow. Also they won't go flat if you can't finish it store in cold frig and drink the next day. I have drank different flavors even at room temperatures and they are still great. These have real fruit in them. They come in tea forms, too. Martin's grocery store carry them too. Enjoy.

I found this refreshing beverage serendipitously while looking for something to drink on a hot Southern California day a while back. The 7/11 store was out of 7up and I was tired of the cola beverages, so in the specialty section with all the juices there were a few can of San Pellegrino Aranciata Sparkling beverage. I bought one of the Aranciata and one of the Limonata. I used to drink a lot of Orange Crush and Sunkist and those were too sugary for my adult taste and didn't drink an orange soda for years. . . until aranciata cam along. The fact that it contains 16% orange juice with a tad of sugar just enough for my palate. The Limonata has a lot of pucker power and is a bit to tart for me, but may be good for a mixer beverage. The Amazon price is reasonable with FREE shipping is great as this item is difficult to locate even though some say that Costco sells it, but wasn't stocked whenever I visit the store.

Love this Pellegrino orange soda. The taste is much more complex than your usual canned or bottled orange soda in the US.
