after using these for a little over a month this is my honest review. you get a little more than what you pay for. if you want to be loud but don’t really care about being clear and are on a budget these are a 10/10 and for you. i paired them with 5x7 speakers from nemesis that are $70 a speaker and while the nemesis are much clearer, these are a little louder and are half the price per speaker. they are paired with a budget $90 amp from orion cobalt and they really make your ears ring. i also blast these everyday and they haven’t blown. yet.

I had the 4" upgraded to the 6" it sound beautiful

Mounted these in a 2015 F150 that had blown a factory speaker, cut out the factory speaker from the Ford designed mounting plastic and mounted these to it with no need for an adapter, and they fit perfect, was a very easy installation. Everything was hooked up and they sounded great, replaced all 4 door speakers with PRV. The value is definitely there, they function better than the factory speakers and even though the clarity is much better than factory, they would sound even better with a small amp.

These 6.5 mid range speakers sound great as they are, but hook them up to an amp with some tweeters and you will be blown away! Especially for what they cost. I have them on my Road Glide with a 400 watt amp and two tweeters and I can CLEARLY hear the music over 80 mph on the highway.

Sounds really good.
