I recently tried Meat Church Holy Gospel BBQ Rub, and it has instantly become one of my go-to seasonings. It works beautifully on everything I’ve tried so far — brisket, ribs, chicken, and even vegetables. The texture is spot-on, too. I used to play around with different spices/rubs when using my smoker. I have found Meat Church has the best tasting Meat, Pork, Chicken and Turkey rubs/seasonings. I have not found anything in their whole product line that doesn't enhance the taste of whatever I'm smoking. Meat Church is now my go to, so I have a lot of rubs sitting in my pantry that I'll give away or pitch. One other is Killer Hogs A.P. Seasoning is also very good and I would recommend it as well.

Picked this up after watching a few of the Meat Church videos online and used it for the first time on some baby back ribs and then on some of Meat Church’s “Shotgun Shells” (look up this recipe if you haven’t heard of them, it’s worth it!). It’s got a great flavor and you can really use it on almost anything. I’m usually not big on hyped up seasonings because everyone out there has there own that they claim is the best, but I really like this one, and will probably buy more in the future. My biggest complaint and really only complaint is the cost. I feel like the Meat Church seasonings in general are a bit overpriced compared to making my own and buying the raw ingredients. But I’ll tolerate the price because this one is a winner. I had nothing but compliments when using it and on my ribs I also combined it with the Honey Hog seasoning. Don’t hesitate to pick these flavors up. Your family will thank you!

Perfect all around seasoning! I use this seasoning for pretty much anything on the grill/smoker. Not spicy, so if you don't like heat it's perfect. I add some ghost pepper powder to mine for a little more heat! Good value for a delicious seasoning!
