Scripture Rocks

I appreciated all of the how-to information. The step by step instructions are very complete. This book improved my rock painting skills, though I paint simpler designs most of the time, not spending as much time on each rock. I enjoyed reading the author's experiences with adding scripture to rocks. I myself have found that my rocks to be encouraging to people who have them.

Wonderful book to help me with new ideas for my rock painting.

As in all her prior publications Terese has again given amazing step by step instructions for creating beautiful handmade projects at home. With her newest book, Scripture Rocks, she proves what a true artist she is using whatever medium she chooses - fabric, wool and now paint and rocks!

This seems very expensive for the short amount of content. But on reading it, and reviewing pictures and instructions I was really glad i bought it. I have read it twice, (It’s a quick read) and I feel confident I can totally create art as nice as the author’s. She is a very thorough teacher, with excellent instructions and explanations for each technique.

Great little book with big suggestions & easy to understand visual & project oriented instructions~

Initially when I received this book I was so disappointed in the cheaper quality and smaller images that I gave a bad review. I set it aside and later read it from cover to cover. The book is incredible in its detail and the steps that are the same for all the stones. The author clearly has wonderful almost altruistic intentions. I still wish she would redo this in a hardcover with large images and step by step for more of her wonderful work but the content is excellent and there are sample patterns if used and steps followed you can recreate or reinvent similar designs. I give it 4 stars , I really want a redo!
